Corporate Responsibility

Corporate responsibility has always been important to Polyflor, as we continue to be industry leading through sustainability commitments and achievements.

We have used harvested rainwater for production since 1915 and recycled vinyl since we pioneered it in 1950. We were early adopters of Life Cycle Analysis, cofounders of a market-leading recycling scheme, and also the first resilient flooring manufacturer to achieve BES 6001 certification for Responsible Sourcing.

Did you know?

Over the last 6 years, Polyflor has saved 13,488 tonnes of CO2e and during this time a 45% reduction in carbon emissions has been made. This was through onsite progress, and not offsetting.

Sustainability

We are constantly working to reduce resources, waste and our carbon footprint, as well as increasing re-use and recycling. Read Polyflor’s latest Sustainability Report, for more information.
